游泳減肥 瘦身 紀錄 memo

來記錄一下自己游泳瘦身...

2018/11/5號開始後,初量體重約94.5kg


大概11/12開始每天游泳(星期一~星期五 , 六&日固定不游 , 休息)

由於太久沒游了,起初一開始連續游,大概只能800米就手軟了(50米長游泳池,去自由式/回蛙式)
就這個距離,游了大概兩星期,保持星期一到星期五固定800米 (11/12~11/23)
兩星期後改為星期一~五 每天1000米(11/26~12/7)
12/10~1/16 改為每星期一~五 1500米

總結來說...
過程大概從11/12開始到1/15這兩個月,目的就是訓練耐力把游泳距離拉高大連續游1500米

在 1/15之前的游泳距離,由於那時還沒買apple watch 4 ,所以沒有很精準地記錄每天游的距離&泳式&體重&運動大卡,下面的紀錄就是有apple watch 4紀錄比較精準了


1/15 開始(有資料紀錄)

1/15~1/26   星期一 ~ 星期五    每天1500米(自由式750米 / 蛙式750米 , 交互游) ,36分鐘游完,心律154下/分,運動量470大卡
1/30            轉折點1                距離拉長至2100米(自由式1050米 / 蛙式1050米 , 交互),47分鐘游完 ,心律156下/分,運動量650大卡
1/31~2/1     轉折點2                距離拉長至3100米(自由式1550米 / 蛙式1550米 , 交互),74分鐘游完 ,心律150下/分,運動量968大卡
2/2~2/10     過年放假休息
2/11~2/15   星期一 ~ 星期五   每天3100米(自由式1500米 / 蛙式1500米 / 蝶式100米 , 交互),
                                                  75分鐘游完,心律159下/分,運動量1004大卡

*這樣游有點累&痠痛,後續改為每天2600米
2/18~2/22   星期一 ~ 星期五   每天2600米(自由式1250米 / 蛙式1250米 / 蝶式100米 , 交互),
                                                 60分鐘游完,心律150下/分,運動量800大卡
                                                

*2/25開始做變更,因為自由式&蛙式全身都訓練到了,就是沒訓練到腰,故把蝶式距離加大至每天600米,游的方式也改變,
  改為連續游600米(15分鐘內游完) ,休息1分半鐘再重複繼續600米,連續游四回,最後加100米自由,湊足2500米(600*4+100)
  600米內容: 蝶50米 => 蛙50米 => 自50米 => 蛙50米....這樣交替游三回等於600米
2/25~          星期一 ~ 星期五   每天2500米,分四次游,每次600米(蝶150米/自150米/蛙300米)
                                                 15分內游完,心律160下/分,每次運動量203大卡,游完四次後,再多游100米自由式,湊足2500米
後期~         星期一 ~ 星期五   每天隨意游,以600米為一個單位,大部分是先600米自由式=>休息=>600米自由&蝶式各半混合
                                                  體力還ok的話休息後再補600米自由式.還可游則是繼續補200米,讓每日的總距離達到2000米

飲食部分:
早餐        7-11高纖豆漿無糖(147卡) +  7-11照燒雞溏心蛋三明治(220卡)
                後期改為自泡350ml拿鐵不加糖 + 幾片餅乾or 麵包一塊
午餐        Costco 鮮蝦雲吞一份(280卡) 或是 Costco 馬可尼奧義大利肉醬麵(418卡)
                後期改為中午只吃煎蛋一顆+400ml檸檬水
晚餐        吃家裡家人煮,固定不吃飯,只吃菜,隨意吃八分飽,還會再吃個水果
六&日     正常吃 , 炸雞/Pizza/吃到飽Buffet..所有想要吃的都集中在六日吃,但不會吃得很誇張(所以星期一會小復胖一些)

How To Skip Product Key When Installing Windows 8

One of the things I quite miss the old way in Windows 7 is to skip the product key input during the installation. I believe there are reasons why Microsoft has put a stop sign on this but there are also valid situations where skipping a product key during the installation also makes sense.

Basically, you will need to extract the files from Windows 8 ISO file, add a file named ei.cfg insources folder, with the following content, and re-wrap up the ISO file. (click here to follow step-by-step how to modify ISO file)

Edition ID can be Core, Professional, or Enterprise, depending on the ISO image file you have. And Channel can be Retail or OEM, while VL can be set to 1 for true or 0 for false.

But I found it will be a lot easier if you have created the bootable USB drive, since you can create and edit the ei.cfg file directly into the USB file system.

Once you have the media ready, you can boot off it to start the installation process again. All steps are the same, until you reach to the point where you put in the product key. Now, you will see there is a Skip button you used to see all the time back to Windows 7 time. Clicking that will lead you to finish up the installation without typing in a valid product key.

If you have a valid product key for the edition windows you are using, you can add it in thePID.txt file in the \source folder to skip the product key entry step all together.

You can reuse the product key in the product ID file for multiple installations. The product key in the product ID file is only used to install Windows. This key is not used to activate Windows.

當硬碟被密碼鎖住時

This problem is caused by the format in which the password was originally saved in the drive. 
You can resolve this on at least some Lenovo laptops if the bios has a "use passphrase" setting. 

When "User" or "User+Master" appears for HD password greyed out, the "use passphrase"
setting will also be greyed out, and whatever it is set to must be toggled. To toggle it, remove 
the drive from the laptop, and then go into the bios settings. Remove other bios related passwords
if they are set. Now, you will be able to toggle the "user passphrase" setting, so do so. 
Power down, re-insert the drive, go back into the bios, and you will now be able to set or remove 
the hard-drive password.
